The people in Transcom are so kind and very accommodating. Especially the Receptionist and the Guard. Some of the HR is kinda a little bit unresponsive in text or call. So I have to email them or visit to their site to have a talk with them. Cleanest environment, the environment is always cleaned by their housekeepers. Good bye Wave 177A! ❤️

A great workplace for all people! Although the pay is not that big comparee to other BPO companies, Transcom is focused on providing good benefits for their employees. I worked here for 5 years and it's a great experience to work.

I went there for the interview for a higher designation but there system is high end. So I was getting an error processing my application inside the premises of Transcom and the Hr never called me. So the hiring process is at zero level even the HR's are not that fluent in English !! I have 18 yrs of exp in bpo industry but I never felt this way.

The area around Transcom is beautiful, especially in the back where the chapel is at. The wind blows as if it's speaking to you. Just be aware at certain hours like most call centers, there's a lot of people smoking and or drinking

I have been a CSR at Transcom, the culture is great.. A very supportive VP's and Management Team, that on occasion conducts a "townhall meeting".. anyone's thought can be heard, and a win-win solution are formulated... an economic pillar in the city, providing jobs...
